Cecil is an Indian Chartered Accountant and a U.S. CPA and fully understands cross-border transactions. Cecil is a leading authority on Indo–US tax issues. He and his firm have handled several complex FBAR cases and understand the tax laws of both countries. Cecil has an M.B.A. in Finance from Fordham University and Information Technology from Columbia University. Cecil is a professor of Global accounting studies @ Fordham University in NYC both for graduate and under-graduate courses.
